Join the creative team!

Students interested in participating on our crew will need to attend an interview, but are not obligated to audition.

Crew members must be respectful, reliable, responsible, and able to manage the tasks and responsibilities they are given without too much oversight. Crew positions are for students from 14 through graduation. Seniors who will graduate in 2026 are encouraged to audition.

Crew interviews are held similarly to professional interviews. It is an opportunity for some of the creative team to get to know a little bit about the student interviewing for the position. They will be asked about interests, hobbies, skills, talents, and any work experience they have. If a student has previous experience, a resume is encouraged. Students are also encouraged to dress in a manner appropriate for a professional interview. Not all students interviewed will be asked to join the creative team.

Interviews will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:00-11:30 AM.
